FEEDBACK AS A LEADERSHIP TOOL

A powerful key to developing potential.

Everyone has heard about it, it happens in all walks of life, expectations are high yet at the same time many of us have already been disappointed: We are referring to feedback. Sometimes it is more etiquette than tool, sometimes it can be a stressor rather than a blessing: But properly implemented, it can be a powerful key to personal and organisational development.

In this e-learning module, you will learn how to use feedback respectfully and effectively - so that you can actually use the potential that arises from open dialogue. To do this, we will assess the quality of your current feedback and show you where there is concrete room for improvement. We will look at practical elements and explain exactly how you can create a favourable environment - and avoid an unfavourable one. You will also learn which basic attitude is crucial for feedback to offer real added value. After completing this module will feel well prepared for your next feedback meeting and be able to contribute to goal-oriented communication.
