COOPERATION IN TEAMS

Understand how to shape and develop a team and grow together through challenges.

Teamwork is an important part of many businesses. It is about bringing together a group of people with different skills and perspectives, forming a team and achieving goals together. However, teamwork also brings many challenges, conflicts and communication problems. In this context, it is important to be aware of how to shape cooperation and lead a successful team.

In this e-learning module we will take you on a journey in the proverbial hot air balloon: we will fly over often mined terrain, that of people working together in teams. We will land on development processes, on your understanding of leadership, will grind out the most important communicative tools on the way and fly into a storm together when it comes to conflicts.
