JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER

Employee (m/f/d) full-time or part-time

YOUR TASKS

As part of our project management team, you’ll gradually immerse yourself in our consulting and training projects. You’ll make sure structures hold, deadlines are met, and communication runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues and continuously develop your skills.

 

  • You will support the planning, steering and implementation of projects.
  • Prepare agendas, participant documents and minutes, ensuring all information is available on time.
  • Coordinate appointments and travel with clients, colleagues and network partners.
  • Maintain course and participant data in HubSpot and use Asana for project management.
  • Use PowerPoint, scheduling tools and AI-driven applications to execute projects efficiently.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You completed a degree in economics, psychology, social sciences or a comparable field.
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in project management or organizational tasks (e.g. through an internship).
  • You enjoy preparing content in an understandable way and presenting it visually.
  • Excellent written and spoken German, ideally you also have a good command of English.
  • You enjoy working virtually with modern cloud tools.
  • You are self-driven, structured and eager to lern.
