PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER

YOUR TASKS

As part of our project management team, you are the driving force behind our consulting and training projects. You ensure structure, keep deadlines on track, and act as the communicative link between our internal team and clients from a wide range of industries—including banking, insurance, manufacturing, and social organizations.

  • You are responsible for the planning, steering, and implementation of projects.

  • You design and deliver presentations, seminars, and workshops for our clients.

  • You coordinate and manage communication between project teams, clients, and partners.

  • You prepare project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation.

  • You maintain course and participant data in HubSpot and use Asana for project management.

  • You play a key role in developing methods, processes, and tools in project management, especially in the area of collaborative workforce management.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You hold a degree in Business, Psychology, Social Sciences or a comparable field.

  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in consulting, training, or similar environments.

  • You are confident and efficient in applying project management methods, common tools, and MS Office.

  • Your written and spoken German skills are excellent; ideally, you also have good English skills. You also enjoy virtual collaboration using modern cloud-based tools.

  • You are characterized by an independent, structured way of working and an entrepreneurial mindset.
