The continuing flood of information in the digital world presents us with new challenges. It is increasingly difficult to concentrate on what is essential in the here and now. Many people fall into autopilot mode again and again. Mindfulness can help here. It would be fatal to regard this development as a mere trend. Mindfulness is now scientifically proven and tested and is recommended by many doctors and psychologists.

In this e-learning module we will explain mindfulness to you - not via spiritual concepts, but medically and psychologically based. We will show you how you can incorporate mindfulness into your everyday life, at home and at work, for yourself personally as well as for your team. We give you impulses and examples of exercises. We also provide you with tools that support you in cultivating your new mindset.
