Goals are indispensable. You need them not only to make decisions or to measure success, but also to unite and motivate your team.

In this e-learning module you will learn how to develop and formulate effective goals. You will learn about different types of goals and which internal and external factors you need to consider when formulating them. Your goals should not only be comprehensible, but also be realisable.
