WHY I DO WHAT I DO

Understand the motives behind your actions and realign yourself.

Most people act without being aware of certain behaviour patterns. It is therefore important to ask oneself why one does what one does. After all, we express ourselves in our behaviour. We should align it with what we really want to achieve and how we want to be perceived.

In this e-learning module, we will provide you with sound concepts on the background to our behaviour. We will look at different areas of life, life cycles and social roles to give you the most holistic view possible. We will constantly encourage you to explore your own behaviour and examine what you would like to change. Because self-reflection is the key to a more fulfilling life.

What is the motivation behind your actions - are you aware of it? You should be, because we always act according to motivations. Some of them follow old, ingrained patterns of behaviour. Question yourself critically: Because in order to focus on the things that are really important to us, we should make our decisions purposefully.
