RESILIENCE
Resilience is everwhere, but not always put into practise effectively
Resilience is often described as inner strength: the ability to stay calm in challenging situations, to deal constructively with difficulties and to bounce back after setbacks. Every person possesses a certain basic level of resilience. However, how strong truly shows in critical moments depends on how well we can activate our personal resources. One thing is clear: resilience is not a fixed trait, it’s something that can be developed and trained.
But resilience is not just an individual ability. Teams and entire organizations also have their own forms of resilience. What really matters is how these different levels interact. Only when personal, interpersonal, and organizational protective factors work together does genuine stability emerge. That’s when an organization is truly equipped to stay capable of action, even under pressure.
In this e-learning module we will explain what resilience means and what it looks like individually, in teams and in organisations. We use self-reflection to determine your resilience profile together and show you how you can develop and strengthen the corresponding protective factors using concrete examples and practical recommendations for action. Our wish is that you will see crises as an opportunity instead of a threat.

What comes next?
„Stress and overload can have serious consequences, not only for an organization, but also for one’s own emotional, physical, and mental health. Resilience, therefore, is not a luxury topic but an essential resource for staying grounded in the face of challenges and pressure. Resilience means quality of life and a sense of security: the ability to recover and carry on even in difficult circumstances.”
